We can say that while the last show was strictly vegetarian, we are using meat this time, but we're still reserving 20 seats for a vegetarian option so we don't meat-out some of our original fans. Our food this time is going to take some cues from NYC, Toronto, Madrid, a rural farm in Georgia, Italian-American home cooking, and a head shop/tattoo parlor in Cambridge, MA. Well, we don't like to leak too much about the dishes before the event as we really want to maximize the effect of the reveal. As the whole hall hears the same stories and experiences the same tastes, a wonderful group cohesion develops, and our guests naturally fall into conversation during the intermissions. When you get a plate of food tailored to a story you just heard, it prompts meditation on the food and story that encourages a more reflective and conscious contemplation of what you are eating. We wanted to take these two things we love - stories and food - and combine them in a way where they support and enrich each other. Our show is a continuation of this basic act of community.
